The following base package can be used as a guideline for Real Estate, Construction and similar assignments:

• Written estimate of the proposed day for photography to take place.
• Aircraft and photographer expenses.
• Minimum of 10 proofs.  Several angles will be provide including wide-angle and close-ups.
• Authorization to reproduce two of these photos in a brochure, flyer, or company web site provided these images are not resold.

The following options are available:

• Licensing for marketing of images.
• Additional prints.
• Custom color enlargements, mounting, presentations.
• Digital enhancements such as labeling streets, landmarks or adding identifiers in the image.
• Images made available via, email, internet or CD-ROM.
• Postcards or banners.

The price for the base package is $145.00 + tax.  Additional locations photographed on the same flight  are available at reduced rates.  Special rates are also available for construction progress photos or other multi-job contracts.  We will be glad to provide you with an all inclusive quote for any special request you may have.
